Human Energy Clock
In Chinese Medicine we suggest following the Chinese clock in order to achieve better balance in life. The 12 main meridians, or energy pathways, are represented in a 24 hour cycle, each meridian influencing 2 hours per day. For example, if following the movement of Qi, we are eating breakfast during stomach time which is 7-9am and asleep by the time we enter Gallbladder time which starts at 11pm. Did you notice I said asleep by 11 not going to bed at 11! We all lead fast past lives in comparison to what our bodies were actually set up for, understood. The Chinese Clock is a model for how to bring your body into better balance in our stressful lives so that you feel healthy and strong.
