Microneedling uses the MD needle pen to penetrate the skin into the dermis, encouraging the bodies own natural healing response. Fibroblasts arrive to produce collagen and elastin. In addition, new capillaries are formed for improved blood supply. Results show improvement in skin tone, texture, and firmness. Acnes scars, stretch marks, sun spots, fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging all show marked change after a series of micro needling treatments.

Slight stinging is felt with the microneedling procedure, therefore, numbing cream is available for those who are more sensitive. Microneedling treatments that cause bleeding and pain are absolutely not necessary. Puncturing the dermis at .5 mm depth is sufficient to create desired results.

Use microneedling along with nanoneedling for best results. Nanoneedling is a less invasive approach to reducing fine lines and wrinkles in sensitive areas around the eyes and along the lip line.

Microneedling is used in combination with Hyaluronic Acid and other herbal serums to hydrate and heal specific skin conditions like sun spots, dryness, acne, and aging mature skin.

All needles used with the MD pen are disposable, one time use.

One session per month for 4 months is recommended to see lasting results.
